Biography
Aaron Amore created Amore Law, PLLC to fill a vital need for West Virginia consumers. He represents consumers and assists them in enforcing their rights and protections under state and federal law. The firm handles a wide variety of consumer related cases: bankruptcies under Chapters 7, 11, 12 and 13; predatory lending; mortgage/servicer abuse cases; West Virginia Consumer Credit and Protection Act; Fair Debt collection Procedures Act; and the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Aaron also defends consumers who have been sued in relation to their debts. Aaron believes that accomplishing the goals of his clients is the only thing that matters. Victory is achieved by thorough preparation, a smart tactical approach and unrelenting persistence.
