He graduated Suma Cum Lade from Hesser College with an Associate of Science Degree in Computer Programming, graduated Roger Williams University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice, and graduated Roger Williams University School of Law, earning a Juris Doctor.
He is a licensed attorney in New Hampshire, Massachusetts, and Rhode Island, a member of the New Hampshire, and Rhode Island Bar Associations, a past member of the Rhode Island Association for Justice, and a past member of the Family Law Inns of Court.
