A native of Walton County, Georgia, Andrew graduated Magna Cum Laude, with degrees in Journalism and Political Science from Georgia State University, where he announced soccer games and was a disc jockey on WRAS, the largest non-commercial radio station in the United States. After working in the private sector, he attended Georgia State University, College of Law, where he worked as a Student Attorney for the HeLP Clinic, a program designed to provide legal assistance to families with children in the Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta system. While in law school, Andrew also worked for Hon. Shawn LaGrua in Fulton County Superior Court, assisting on both civil and criminal matters.
After law school, Andrew opened a small private practice, serving as managing partner of a consumer protection firm in Marietta, Georgia, primarily litigating cases in Federal Court and in arbitration proceedings.
Andrew is a member of the Georgia Bar since 2014. He is also licensed to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia. He is a member of the Cobb County Bar Association, the Atlanta Bar Association, and the National Association of Consumer Attorneys.
He resides in Cobb County with his wife and two small children. Andrew currently serves as the Vice-President for his Homeowner’s Association and as President of a tax-exempt, nonprofit corporation and scholarship fund. In his spare time, Andrew enjoys seeing live music, hiking, and especially, snow skiing.
