Ann Davey is the daughter of John Vincent. After graduating from Montana State University, Ann worked as a counselor at a youth group home for abused and neglected children. In 2007, she enrolled at the University of Wyoming College of Law. During the summer, Ann clerked for the amazing trial lawyer team at the Spence Law Firm in Jackson, Wyoming. While a third year law student, Ann served as the student director of the University of Wyoming Domestic Violence Legal Assistance Project. As director, Ann gained invaluable experience representing clients in a variety of family law matters. In May, 2010, Ann graduated from law school, and was first in her class. She was admitted to practice law in Wyoming in the fall of 2010 and in Montana in April, 2012.
Since graduating and entering private practice, Ann has had the opportunity to sit second chair in three civil jury trials, each resulting in a favorable verdict for the client. Her practice has focused primarily on civil litigation. Ann recently moved to Montana, opened a law office and continues to practice with her dad and brother, Aaron. Ann and her husband Phil enjoy all things involving their family, friends, miniature Australian shepherd, Ollie, and the outdoors. They live on the Davey farm in Columbus, Montana, where Phil farms with his dad.
