Ann M. Campbell

Ann M. Campbell is a western New York native. She was raised and schooled and has spent her entire working career in the Buffalo, New York area. Ms. Campbell is a partner with The Tarantino Law Firm, LLP, where she defends individuals and business owners against claims of negligence in construction accident, motor vehicle accident, premises liability and product liability cases. She also defends health care professionals against claims of medical malpractice. Ms. Campbell has counseled and represented business owners in breach of contract disputes and commercial litigation cases. She has experience in estate planning and estate administration.

Ms. Campbell received her Bachelor of Arts in English, summa cum laude, from the State University of New York at Buffalo in 1980, and her Juris Doctor magna cum laude from the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Law in 1991. Before she joined The Tarantino Law Firm, LLP, she was an associate in a local law firm, focusing on commercial litigation and estate planning.

Ms. Campbell has extensive experience in appellate matters and has argued cases before all four of the New York Appellate Divisions, as well as the Court of Appeals of the State of New York. She has been included on the Super Lawyers list of the top attorneys in upstate New York since 2009.
