Bonuchi Law handles appeals for trial lawyers and their clients. Our cases usually involve business or contract disputes, fiduciary and professional liability, personal injury, employment, class and mass actions, and consumer protection. From time to time we serve as lead trial counsel, but appellate practice is our primary focus. We offer flexible fee structures for our clients, including by the hour, flat rates, and contingency fees, which means we only get paid if we're successful.
