Arnie Baum is the Chief Operating Officer of Subin Associates, LLP. In that role, Arnie is responsible for all operational aspects of the firm, including case management and firm administration. Arnie is an attorney who was the general counsel of two public companies before becoming a small business entrepreneur. He created, acquired and built several manufacturing, distribution, marketing and consulting businesses (including a law firm marketing company) before becoming the chief operating officer of a leading legal software company in 2016. He joined Subin Associates in 2017 and has been an integral part of managing the firm's growth since his arrival.
