      Arnold W. Gross is a nationally recognized, honored and experienced trial lawyer with expertise in all types of personal injury cases, wrongful death matters, criminal defense cases and real estate cases. Mr. Gross is a pre-eminent AV rated Martindale Hubbell attorney, an honor he has enjoyed for over 30 years. Mr. Gross was been selected as a California Super Lawyer in plaintiff personal injury cases in 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021 and 2022. Arnold W. Gross has been involved in more than 90 major jury trials and hundreds of court trials and arbitrations. Mr. Gross serves as a settlement officer for the Los Angeles County Superior Court, and as a mediator and arbitrator privately and for the Ventura County Superior Court. Arnold W. Gross has been an emeritus master of the Jerome H. Berenson Chapter of the American Inns of Court, and is a member of the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles and the Ventura County Bar Association. Mr. Gross is on the lawyer referral panel for realtors through the California Association of Realtors. As a member of the San Fernando Valley Bar Association, Mr. Gross served as treasurer, a member of the Board of Trustees, and a Delegate to the State Bar Convention, where a statutory change he drafted and proposed became California law. Arnold W. Gross received his Bachelor of Science degree in English, cum laude, from UCLA. Mr. Gross graduated in the top 25% of his law school class with a Juris Doctor Degree from the UCLA Law School. As part of his wide ranging community service, Arnold W. Gross has served as president of the Board of Directors of the Klein Chaplaincy Service of the South Bay, acts as a judge for the clinical law jury trial program at the UCLA Law School, serves as a mentor to first year law students at UCLA Law School, serves as a mentor for young lawyers for CAALA, and is a musician playing with the UCLA Alumni Band.
