Ashley Rutherford Starling

Ashley Starling is a trial attorney focusing on car and trucking accidents, wrongful death, catastrophic injuries, and animal attacks. She is a board member for the Ohio Association of Justice Trucking Safety Section. Her passion is to help injured victims seek justice, compensation, and peace. She has been named a Superlawyers Rising Star for five years in a row in personal injury, an honor afforded to only two percent of the lawyers in Ohio.

Before practicing with Willis Spangler Starling, Ashley was an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Ohio. While working for the State, she practiced civil litigation. She represented state agencies in federal and state courts throughout Ohio, including the Ohio Supreme Court.

Ashley attended Marshall University where she received her Bachelor's Degree of Business Administration cum laude in Management and Economics. She earned her Juris Doctorate Degree from the University of Louisville.

Ashley is a native of Huntington, West Virginia and currently resides in Powell, Ohio with her husband Jason and her two children.
