Biography
I have been representing and helpings accident victims and their families fight insurance companies and their lawyers for over 40 years. My firm has recovered more than $80 million in settlements and verdicts for our clients. I don’t just settle cases out of court. I have had more than 75 jury trials and have won more than 95% of those cases. Our highest verdict against a car manufacturer was $5.7 million and against a County was $5.5 million. We take cases against private and corporate defendants. I have represented victims against governmental entities for dangerous road designs which caused paraplegia and quadriplegia. Before specializing in Personal Injury Law, I was a Deputy District Attorney in Riverside County trying felony cases.
