Brad Grossenburg joined the firm in 1978. He practices in the areas of business law, taxation and estate planning and trusts and estates. He is admitted to practice before the Minnesota Supreme Court and the United States Tax Court.
Brad is a member of the State Bar of South Dakota, the Second Circuit Bar Association, and the American Bar Association. He serves on the Section of Taxation, Small Business Committee of the American Bar Association, and the Sioux Falls Estate Planning Council. Brad currently serves on the Trust Committee of the SD State Bar Real Property, Probate & Trust Law Section. He is a fellow in both the American College of Tax Counsel and the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel. Brad has been listed in The Best Lawyers in America since 1993, and also appears in Chamber USA's America's Leading Lawyers for Business in Corporate/Commercial. He is named in "Great Plains Super Lawyers" (published by Minnesota Law & Politics magazine) 2007, 2008 and 2009 in the area of estate planning & probate. Brad has also been named as one of The Best Lawyers in America for the past ten years.
He has also been an adjunct professor teaching advanced taxation at The University of Sioux Falls. In addition, he has been a lecturer at numerous Continuing Legal Education courses, addressing the areas of business planning and taxation.
Brad has served or is serving on the Board of Directors of the Sioux Falls Area Community Foundation, Sioux Council of the Boy Scouts of America, the South Dakota Symphony and the South Dakota Friends of Public Broadcasting.
