Mr. Pyles was born and raised in Macon. He has been with Westmoreland, Patterson, Moseley & Hinson, LLP since 1993. Over the years, his practice has involved various areas of civil litigation. However, in the last several years, he has focused on Employee Benefits and Insurance issues including: ERISA and non-ERISA benefits (short/long term disability, retirement, life, and health). He also practices extensively in the area of Probate and Estate Law, as well as continues to do some miscellaneous, general civil litigation. Over the years, Mr. Pyles has lectured on various topics relating to Employment Law; Wills, Trusts and Estates; and Collections. Mr. Pyles is a member of the Employee Benefits section of the State Bar of Georgia.
Mr. Pyles is married to a wonderful and supporting wife, Natalie, and the father of three busy children, Madelyn, Jackson, and Sarah. He is involved in numerous community activities and organizations, serves in various leadership positions, and coaches a number of local youth sports teams.
