Biography
I am now a retired attorney in Franklin, Macon County, North Carolina. I have handled criminal law, family law, personal injury, and traffic matters for over 34 years in NC and TN. I successfully tried almost every kind of criminal case, from capital murder (death penalty) cases, to shoplifting and traffic matters, including hundreds of DWI's. In addition, I handled family law matters such as divorce, child custody and support, separation agreements, and alimony.
