Ms. Abrams's firm represents entities and individuals in business and commercial litigation and arbitration matters, including Business Divorce (shareholder, partner, or member inter-company disputes), real estate litigation, construction disputes and other contract issues, and collection of secured and unsecured accounts receivable. Ms. Abrams's firm also assists clients in sheltering and leveraging their assets through estate planning.
Ms. Abrams is a 1985 graduate of The American University, Washington College of Law and was a visiting student at the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 1985. During law school, she was a member of The American University Law Review. She is admitted to practice in the state and federal courts of Pennsylvania.
Ms. Abrams is a member of the American Health Lawyers Association, the Pennsylvania Bar Association, and the Main Line Chamber of Commerce. She volunteers for the Philadelphia Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts, served for many years as a member and officer of the Executive Board of Allens Lane Art Center, and was an active docent for the Barnes Foundation from March, 2011 through July, 2017.
