Brenda M. Johnson joined Nurenberg, Paris, Heller & McCarthy in 1999, bringing several years of commercial litigation experience to our legal team. Brenda is a member of the firm's appellate department and focuses on aviation litigation, mass torts, class action lawsuits, medical malpractice, personal injury, and wrongful death.Brenda is currently a member of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association (CMBA) Certified Grievance Committee. The members of the committee conduct confidential investigations of allegations of ethical misconduct by lawyers and file complaints with the Board of Professional Conduct of the Supreme Court of Ohio in cases where disciplinary action is warranted.
