      My name is Brett A. Burlison - and I am a Trial Lawyer with offices in San Francisco, San Jose and Austin, Texas.

      In the beginning of my career, I was put in a posistion where I was able to hone my skills on difficult cases.

      I was an integral part of a large defense firm's trial team where I regularly represented corporations and insurance carriers in brain injury, product liability, and catastrophic injury trials.

      I have represented my clients in numerous jury trials and handled plaintiffs' cases in both California and Texas - at the state and Federal level.

      That experience led me to open my own law office where I assist San Francisco and Palo Alto residents in the following areas:
