Brian D. Glatzer has been an associate with our firm since April 2001. Mr. Glatzer is one of the law firm's finest personal injury trial attorneys exclusively handling personal injury litigation. Mr. Glatzer handles litigation cases throughout the state of Florida. He has mediated over 200 cases to successful settlement, tried numerous cases before a jury and has extensive experience in Appellate practice. Although, Mr. Glatzer has developed a niche due to his expertise and excellent reputation in handling the cases of minor children who have been significantly injured, he also specializes in automobile, premises liability and negligent security litigation.
Mr. Glatzer attended Gulliver Preparatory School until college, wherein he attended Clark University as a psychology major, receiving his B.A. While at Clark, Mr. Glatzer was President of The Prelaw Society; also leading the Drake University Mock Trial Competition in Des Moines, Iowa over teams such as Harvard and Yale. Mr. Glatzer then entered law school with a focus on Environment Law at one of the nations leading Environmental law programs at the University of Tulsa College of Law. He then went on to the University of Miami School of Law and received his Juris Doctorate Degree. Mr. Glatzer remains actively involved in the Dade County Bar Association School Committee where he regularly lectures to high school students in the Miami area.
