Brian J. Collins has over 33 years of experience representing clients in the Pennsylvania state and federal criminal justice systems. He has tried to verdict cases where his clients have been charged with a variety of crimes including capital murder, vehicular homicide, drug trafficking, sexual offenses, forgery, robbery, burglary, firearms and other major offenses. Brian has gained a reputation of handling high-profile cases which have garnered national attention as evidenced by his media appearances on programs such as "Geraldo" and "Forensic Files." He was also featured in the true crime best-seller, "Blood Crimes. The Pennsylvania Skinhead Murders" by author Fred Rosen.
Brian is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the Lehigh and Carbon County Bar Associations, the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and the American Inn of Courts-Donald E. Wieand Barristers Inn.
Brian is also an active Board member with Haven House, a community mental health facility servicing the needs of Lehigh Valley residents.
