Biography
While Brian J. Vannella’s practice includes all areas of personal injury litigation, he specializes in cases involving violations of the New York State Labor Law (construction accidents). Mr. Vannella also has a large appellate practice.
Mr. Vannella prides himself in being a zealous advocate for his clients. During his career, he has handled many cases involving catastrophic injuries and has helped recover tens of millions of dollars for his clients.
Mr. Vannella received his undergraduate degree in 2006 from the University of Maryland – Robert H. Smith School of Business. He received his Juris Doctor from SUNY Buffalo Law School in 2009. Mr. Vannella is admitted to practice law in the states of New York and New Jersey, as well as the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
