MrMr. Mulligan, Associate, was born in Peoria, Illinois on December 31, 1968. He was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1996. After receiving his Bachelor's degree in 1991 from the University of Florida he attended the John Marshall Law School, from which he graduated in 1996 with his Juris Doctor. He then worked for the State Attorney's Office in Pinellas and Pasco Counties, prosecuting misdemeanor and felony charges. He joined Proly & Laporte, P.A. in 2001. He is a member of the West Pasco Bar Association, the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers, and the Allgood-Altman American Inns of Court.
