I have extensive experience in representing commercial and residential owners, design professionals, HOAs and contractors in claims involving personal injury, wrongful death, groundwater and soils contamination arising out of construction site accidents, mold, pollution, negligent release of hazardous chemicals or other substances and general premises liability matters. Clients include Architects, Engineers, Contractors, Real Estate Professionals, Financial Advisers, Attorneys, Accountants, Banks, Property Owners, Insurance Companies and others. Loss Prevention and litigated matters include residential construction and all types of commercial projects including hotel/casino, retail and public works projects. My products litigation experience includes the defense of matters relating to health care products, children’s products, asbestos, restaurant franchises, as well as manufacturers in the industrial and mechanical machinery and chemical fields.
