Biography
For the past 30 years I have represented Hospitals, Physicians, Nurses and Clinics including several large national for-profit hospital systems as well as local non-profit hospitals and teaching hospitals and their insurance companies in defending claims for catastrophic injuries and death caused by medical negligence. I continue to represent many health care providers with regard to malpractice claims and death claims however I now dedicate a significant amount of my time to representing victims who are injured due to someone else's negligence. My 30 years of experience representing health care providers in malpractice claims has provided me with the knowledge and skills necessary to advocate for the injured and has given me a unique perspective that allows me to efficiently and effectively work with insurance companies and their attorneys.
I handle all manner of Medical Malpractice cases including Ob/Gyn negligence, fetal demise, birth related injuries, cerebral palsy, Erb's Palsy, still birth, medication errors, failure to diagnose, failure to treat, failure to monitor, surgical errors, radiology errors, lab errors, nursing negligence, decubitus ulcers, catastrophic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, vegetative state, and death. I additionally handle general personal injury claims including auto or boating accidents, slip and falls, negligent security, and wrongful death. I handle cases throughout South Florida.
