Biography
Chace Hawk is an Augusta, GA, personal injury lawyer with Hawk Law Group. Mr. Hawk focuses his practice on personal injury law and handles cases arising from all types of accidents, including car accidents, motorcycle accidents, construction accidents, and slip and fall accidents.
He also represents families in wrongful death claims and has extensive experience representing the rights of accident victims with catastrophic brain and spinal cord injuries.
Mr. Hawk is a native of Augusta, GA. He graduated from Lakeside High School in 1995. Mr. Hawk earned his undergraduate degree from Georgia Southern University and attended law school at the Charleston School of Law. He earned his Juris Doctor degree in 2014 and was admitted to the South Carolina Bar and State Bar of Georgia.
Mr. Hawk is a member of several professional organizations, including the Tort and Insurance Practice Section of the Georgia Bar, the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, the American Bar Association, and the South Carolina Association for Justice. He is also a former member of the James L. Petigru American Inn of Court.
After law school, Mr. Hawk returned to his hometown to join the August personal injury attorneys of Hawk Law Group, where he leads the South Carolina division of the firm.
