Chad J. Julius

Chad J. Julius is a Partner at Jacobson & Julius and currently chairs the firm's Bankruptcy Department. Mr. Julius obtained a business degree with minors in marketing and human resources from the York College of Pennsylvania in 2001 and accepted a client services assistant position with Morgan, Lewis and Bockius, LLP in Washington, D.C. After a few years working at the Firm in its employee benefits practice group, Mr. Julius attended Widener University School of Law in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. Mr. Julius graduated in the top tier of his class in 2008. Mr. Julius joined the Firm in 2004.

Mr. Julius's primary areas of expertise include bankruptcy, real estate, estate administration and planning, corporate law, contracts, and civil litigation. Mr. Julius counsels a vast number of large and small businesses clients from all over the country. Mr. Julius enjoys working one on one with individuals and families, and corporate clients in Central Pennsylvania that need assistance. Because of his variety of clients, Mr. Julius has appeared in all but two county courts in the state of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Julius is a diehard Denver Broncos and Nebraska Cornhuskers football fan. In addition, he is an accomplished race car driver where he drives a dirt late model at local and national racing venues. Mr. Julius started racing when he was only six years old in go-karts and quarter midgets and was inducted into the Quarter Midget Hall of Fame. He currently hold 2 track records (set in 1988 and 1990), 5 track championships and has over 350 feature wins in go-karts and quarter midgets.
