Howard Jay Weitzner

Born in New Jersey, Howard Weitzner moved to Florida when he was 9 years old. In 2002, he received his Bachelor of Science degree in public relations from the University of Florida. He went on to study law at the University of Miami School of Law, where he earned his Juris Doctor degree in 2005.

Since he began practicing law in Florida in 2006, Howard has professional experience in the areas of plaintiff's litigation and insurance defense. He know devotes himself exclusively to representing victims of negligence and helping them to receive full and fair compensation for their harms and losses. His experience working with insurance companies gives him a unique working knowledge of how insurance companies and their lawyers operate. He is currently a member of the Florida Justice Association and the Broward County Bar Association.
