As a Texas native, Chad Points is dedicated to being an advocate for the seriously injured in Houston and throughout the state. Working since a young age and even driving a 18-wheeler nationwide during summer breaks in college, Chad understands the importance of hard work and being treated fairly, leading him to become a lawyer to ensure those who are victimized have a voice. Along with his legal partner, Tony Denena, he is board certified in personal injury trail law, which is only accomplished by 2% of licensed attorneys in Texas. Chad and Tony founded their Houston personal injury law firm Denena & Points in 2003 and have been recognized for their success in trial cases for auto accidents, unsafe or defective products, and premises liability lawsuits including balcony collapses and have helped roller coaster accident victims and their families obtain compensation.
