Chad R. Felstul

Chad practices in Pemberton Law's Fergus Falls location and actively participates in trials, handling a wide variety of disputes through Minnesota and North Dakota. Chad's areas of concentration include personal injury claims, workers' compensation defense, contract disputes, agricultural-related litigation and real estate disputes.

After growing up in Morris, Minnesota, Chad Felstul received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Business and Communications from Concordia College and his Juris Doctorate from William Mitchell College of Law in St. Paul, Minnesota. During the summer prior to his third year of law school, Chad worked as a summer associate at Pemberton Law. The experience and mentorship he received at the firm, along with the beautiful lakes area persuaded him to move to Fergus Falls, Minnesota. Chad was named a Minnesota "Rising Star" in 2014, 2015, and 2016 by Minnesota Law and Politics Magazine.

In the community, Chad is an active member of First Lutheran Church, is the President of the Fergus Falls Area YMCA, Vice-President of the Fergus Falls Area Dollars for Scholars, and Vice-President of the First Lutheran Church Foundation.

Chad, his wife Kelsey, and their two boys, Nolan and Dexter, enjoy living in Fergus Falls. Chad's interests outside of work include, golfing, fishing, and coaching his son's baseball and basketball teams.
