Ian M. Sack, received his Juris Doctorate from CUNY Law in 2002 & admitted to both the State & Federal Bar soon after. Sack, served as an Assistant District Attorney in the Bronx County District Attorney’s Office. Mr. Sack then worked at a Suffolk County employment discrimination, labor & employment law firm. Sack then began as a Trial Attorney for a personal injury law firm. As a Major Case Trial Attorney, Mr. Sack tried high exposure personal injury cases involving serious injuries/death. Sack has taken jury verdicts in the Bronx, Brooklyn, Queens, EDNY, Riverhead in State & Federal Courts. In March 2011, during one such trial, Sack’s client, a construction worker on a scaffold which collapsed under him, went to trial against the General Contractor who failed to provide safety equipment or a proper scaffold. The result was for the injured construction worker as well as his wife for over $4,200,000. There was no appeal. In April 19’, Mr. Sack founded the LAW OFFICES OF IAN M. SACK.
