Professional Leadership PositionsMr. Evans has served as President of the American Board of Trial Advocates, Western Pennsylvania Chapter since 1998; He is a Past President of the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association and also of its Western Chapter; He is the former Statewide President of Lawyers for Consumer Rights. He has served in multiple capacities for the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers, having chaired its Legislative Policy Committee and served as a long time Trustee of LAWPAC, its Political Action Committee. He has been a long time member of the Academy of Trial Lawyers of Allegheny County and has served on its Board of Directors.
