Michelle focuses her practice on employment-based and family-based immigration. She advises clients seeking temporary and permanent employment authorization. She represents a variety of clients, including multinational corporations, health care organizations, educational institutions, and individual foreign nationals. Michelle works closely with medical and research sector employers and employees.
Michelle leads Vogel’s Twin Cities office. She joined Vogel after practicing with the boutique immigration firm Aronson & Associates in Minneapolis. Michelle graduated from Concordia College (Moorhead) summa cum laude with a B.A. in Psychology and Spanish. She received her law degree from Marquette University (Milwaukee), during which time she worked as an extern for Honorable John R. Tunheim of the United States District Court, District of Minnesota, and Honorable Ann Walsh Bradley of the Wisconsin Supreme Court.
A Fargo native, Michelle and her husband live in Lakeville, Minnesota, with their two children.
