Mission: To provide justice for the injured and disabled, the young and old, the weak and strong, the rich and poor, and all that seek justice in our society. We strongly believe that the great equalizer in our justice system is the constitutional right of every citizen to a trial by jury. It protects us all from the injuries and injustices imposed upon us by others. We prepare each case as if it were to proceed to a jury trial. We will not hesitate to take a case all the way to verdict if that is what is necessary to produce the fairest results. The Makridis Law Firm LLC represents Social Security Disability (SSD) and Supplemental Security Income(SSI) claimants throughout the state of Ohio, as well as in Mars, Pennsylvania and West Virginia on a contingent fee basis; so there is no attorney fee until you win your benefits. Personal Injury , Automobile and Motorcycle accidents are also taken on a contingent fee basis. Bankruptcy cases: Fixed fees with payment plans available upon request.
