      My practice has varied over the last 40 years. My major areas of concentration involve litigation, family law, wills and estates, oil & gas, environmental, business legal analysis and contracts and most recently expropriations by governmental entities and public works contracts. I have been licensed in Louisiana, Mississippi and District of Columbia. I continue to represent clients in Louisiana and Mississippi today.       Fees

      • Free Consultation - A free consultation is for 1 hour. The meeting does not establish an attorney-client relationship until a contract is signed.
      • Credit Cards Accepted - I will use Law Pay. Credit Card payments are subject to a fee earned immediately upon payment.
      • Contingent Fees - 30% of total recovery prior to filing suit
      • 40% of total recovery after suit filed, but before appeal
      • 50% if appealed. Costs will be born by client from the recovery. The exact nature of the fee and terms of representation are established in the contract.
      • Rates, Retainers and Additional Information - Retainer: new clients usually up to $7500
      • hourly rates from $200 to $300/hr
      • Flat Fees are acceptable and need to be negotiated and agreed.
