Mitch was previously an Assistant District Attorney for Harrison, Hancock and Stone Counties. Mitch served as an Assistant District Attorney for 8 years. As an ADA, he was personally responsible for the prosecution and trial of violent crimes, crimes against children, cases involving the sale of illegal narcotics and civil forfeiture cases of currency or property derived from illicit drug distribution. Before joining the District Attorney's office, he was in general practice with the firm of Owen, Galloway, and Myers.
