Get our free books before you meet with a lawyer. Just Call (814) 580-5017. You have lots of questions. Don't know where to start? Get answers about DUI or car accident cases in Pennsylvania in our free consumer books, written by Pennsylvania Super Lawyers, Tim George & Eric Purchase. Or call for a free consultation.
You get answers to your questions - and time with your lawyer. We limit the cases we accept in order to give you more time and attention. The more information you get, the better decisions you make, and the better results we can achieve together.
The right mix of experience. Tim credits the training provided by more experienced lawyers with whom he has worked for almost 25 years, his time as a criminal prosecutor, and his experience as an Army lawyer with shaping his "clients-come-first" practice.
Tim was called to active duty for one year in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom in 2009 and continues to serve as an Army lawyer holding the rank of Major. He says, "Young Soldiers leaving their families behind have lots of questions, want information, and battle fear of the unknown much like our clients who have never been involved in the civil or criminal justice system. For most Soldiers, it was their first war. For many of our clients, it's your first time facing criminal charges or the first time you were hurt in a car or truck accident. You want - and deserve - answers to your questions and time to work through your options. You also want the best results possible. We help you do that at Purchase & George, P.C."
What others think about us. After returning from Iraq, Tim formed Purchase & George, P.C. in 2010 with Eric Purchase. Both lawyers are rated 10/10 by Avvo and AV-Preeminent by Martindale-Hubbell, the oldest lawyer rating company in the country. Both also are recognized as Super Lawyers, an independent service using a patented selection process used to identify outstanding lawyers in particular practice areas. However, lawyer ratings are only one factor that you should consider when selecting a lawyer for you and your case. Other factors include what other clients say (check out our reviews) and whether after meeting a lawyer you feel like he or she listens to you, understands your concerns, and whether he or she is a "good fit" for you and your case.
Helping you & your family. Tim says, "Our objectives are to defend freedom and pursue justice and, in the end, help people and their families." You want good information and clear communication from your lawyer in order to work through the uncertainties of your case. We understand this. And you want a good result. So do we. You can get started by calling for our free consumer books today. Or you can schedule a free consultation at (814) 580-5017.
We don't accept every case. We are not a mill. We help people. One person at a time. One case at a time. Fewer cases for us means more time for you and your family. More time to meet. More time to explain. More time to get the best results we can for you. If you think we might be a good fit for you and your case, call us today at (814) 580-5017.
Convenient location for you. In 2004, we moved to 2525 West 26th Street in Erie after overseeing extensive renovations made there. The location is centrally located and easily accessible, just one block west of I-79. The location is convenient for clients throughout Northwestern Pennsylvania and offers free parking. Call for directions at (814) 580-5017.
