He is a licensed attorney in both California and Massachusetts, and is also a certified specialist in workers' compensation by the California state bar. Mr. Costello is a graduate of Villanova University and New England School of law, cum laude.

Attorney Costello has been counsel in several high profile cases that have been reported in the media, case law reporters and legal journals. All of these cases are still used in law school text books today and are studied by law students throughout the country:

Commonwealth v. Pavoa (murder case overturned on appeal due to prosecutorial misconduct)Curran v. Before joining our law firm, Mr. Costello practiced law for many years in the Boston area. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family and is active in the community. He has coached his children's soccer and softball teams, and served as a deacon in a local church.
