Chase Beguin

Chase Beguin grew up in Coastal North Carolina before attending Darlington Soccer Academy in Georgia for high school. He graduated from Guilford College in Greensboro, North Carolina in 2017 with a degree in Business Management and Health Sciences; and graduated from Elon University School of Law in 2021. During his law school experience, he was able to work with the law school's Small Business and Entrepreneurship Clinic, where he was able to experience a variety of legal issues that businesses of all different sizes may become exposes to. During his tenure at the Clinic, he received experience in contract drafting ranging from secured transactions to non-disclosure agreements. He has also worked with highly regulated businesses in the state of Oregon to ensure compliance with state and federal regulatory agencies and employment laws. Chase accepted an associate position at Cauble and Whittington in 2022 after passing the Oregon State Bar and plans to expand his practice areas beyond business and transactional law to include Civil Litigation, Estate Planning, and Property Disputes.
