      Biography

While working as a Park Ranger for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts during his undergraduate years at Boston College and while in law school at Suffolk University, Chris enjoyed helping families and individuals navigate unfamiliar territory as he helped people find their way along the Boston Freedom Trail.

He was also assigned to staff the X-Ray Security desk at the Boston State House, trying to decipher the contents of hundreds and sometimes thousands of packages that were being x-rayed as people entered the historic building. “This experience gave me the opportunity to learn a very valuable life lesson that is wholly applicable to being an attorney. To truly understand exactly what you’re looking at, you often need to dig deeper,” says Chris.

Whether digging deeper meant searching a visitor’s bag or briefcase to help ensure safety, or digging deeper into the intricacies of Social Security Disability law, Chris’s instinct to understand the true facts of any situation, and his love of helping people navigate unfamiliar territory, has made him the successful SSDI lawyer and client champion he is today.

“What I really love about being an attorney is relying on my training, intellect, and life experiences to look beyond what is on the surface and truly understand the challenges our clients are facing to determine the best path forward to get them the support they deserve,” says Chris.

Chris appreciates the deep expertise Marasco & Nesselbush’s team of SSDI lawyers has in tackling some of the more challenging SSDI cases. “The denial rate of SSDI applicants that are seeking benefits without counsel is among the highest we’ve seen in recent years. This makes it especially gratifying to provide the expertise our clients need to get the Social Security disability benefits they deserve,” says Chris.

When he is not busy advocating on behalf of Marasco & Nesselbush’s SSDI clients, Chris enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters and his many nieces and nephews. A major sports fan, Chris is always rooting for his Boston College Eagles and all of New England’s professional sports teams.
