Nicholas I. Timko, managing partner of the New York City firm of Kahn Gordon Timko & Rodriques P.C., has dedicated his professional career to representing individuals who have been seriously injured in all types of accidents. He has represented clients in cases involving unsafe conditions in buildings and on sidewalks, roadways, subways and construction sites, defective products, vehicle accidents, and medical malpractice.
