Kimberly A. Wolf is a 2003 graduate of the University of Maryland School of Law, where she was Articles Editor of Margins: Maryland's Law Journal on Race, Religion, Gender & Class . Her areas of practice include insurance coverage disputes, insurance defense, personal injury and estate proceedings. Ms. Wolf also advises clients regarding elder care, long-term planning and asset protection, including the execution of Last Will and Testaments, Health Care Proxies, Living Wills and Powers of Attorney. She is admitted to practice in New York State courts, and federal courts in the Southern and Eastern District of New York.
Upon graduation from law school, Ms. Wolf was awarded The Public Service Award for engaging in service and legal work that significantly advanced the public interest. Born and raised in Deer Park, New York, she remains active in the community. As a member of the Deer Park Business and Professional Women, she leads workshops for students at the Deer Park High School and has participated in Career Day at both the high school and middle school.
