Nathan Zezula is an associate in Meister Seelig & Fein LLP's litigation department where his practice focuses on complex commercial litigation. Mr. Zezula's commercial litigation experience includes breach of contract claims, unfair trade practice claims, disputes arising from the sale of businesses, non-compete claims, real estate disputes and trade secret misappropriation claims, as well as fraud and breach of fiduciary duty claims. Mr. Zezula also has extensive experience in securing pre-judgment relief, including temporary injunctions and restraining orders. In addition, Mr. Zezula has represented clients in federal patent infringement disputes and bankruptcy adversary proceedings.
Mr. Zezula is admitted to practice in New York and Connecticut, as well as before the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the District of Connecticut.
Mr. Zezula received his B.A. from Tulane University and graduated magna cum laude from Pace Law School, where he was managing editor of the PACE LAW REVIEW. After law school Mr. Zezula clerked for the Honorable George A. Yanthis, Magistrate Judge, United States District Court, S.D.N.Y. Before joining Meister Seelig & Fein LLP, Mr. Zezula was an associate in the litigation department of Robinson & Cole LLP. Prior to embarking on his legal career, Mr. Zezula spent four years on active duty as an artillery officer in the United States Army in Germany and Kosovo, leaving with the rank of Captain.
