Chris Tucker is a shareholder with the firm of Sheehan, Barnett, Dean, Pennington, Dexter & Tucker, P.S.C. Chris graduated from the University of Kentucky in 2002 with a BA in History. He then attended Florida Coastal School of Law and earned his Juris Doctorate in 2006. Chris worked as an Assistant Commonwealth's Attorney for the 29th Judicial Circuit covering Adair and Casey Counties and worked as the Assistant Casey County Attorney. During this time, Chris also worked as an associate in the Law Office of Thomas M. Weddle, Jr. Chris has been an associate with this firm since January 2013. He specializes in Personal Injury, Criminal Law, Bankruptcy, Worker's Compensation, Social Security/Disability, and General Civil litigation. Additionally, Chris also handles matters including adoption, divorce, child custody, dependency, neglect and abuse, grandparents or other parties who have been placed in a parent like role and all other aspects of domestic litigation. In these cases he strives to help individuals and families through the process in a compassionate matter. Chris lives in Danville with his wife, Julie. He is actively involved in community activities and currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Community Arts Center and Chairman of the Board for CASA of the Bluegrass.
