Chris has been practicing law for nearly 30 years in the areas of Bankruptcy and Criminal Defense. He has extensive experience helping individuals and business owners through the bankruptcy process and has supported numerous businesses through Chapter 11 reorganization plans. He has also advised consumer bankruptcy petitioners in Chapter 7 bankruptcy filings. Chris has successfully assisted troubled property owners in resolving large debts as well as obtaining significant reductions in secured debts for individuals and business owners. In addition, he has defended actions for preferential transfers and fraudulent conveyance claims in adversary bankruptcy litigation.
Chris is well-equipped to handle federal and state criminal cases ranging from DUI offenses and drug cases to assault and theft charges. Intuitive and resourceful, Chris advises his criminal defense clients with respect while he constructs and executes a realistic strategy for their personal matters.
Outside of the office, Chris enjoys working out, running and hiking, and spending time with his family.
