Working with Nick O’Kelly at Kilgore was fast and professional. I had a difficult issue with a particularly litigious foreign company who doesn’t share our ethics. Nick engaged, negotiated, and ultimately took it to court to preserve my rights against discrimination. If you are in the same situation and need counsel, definitely call Nick and the Kilgore team.
