Practicing primarily in the areas of family law, criminal law, and civil litigation. Nicholas obtained his Juris Doctor from Seton Hall University School of Law in 1987. Nicholas is a professional divorce mediator and former member of the Board of Directors for the NJ Counsel for Children's Rights. He received an Achievement Award by New Jersey Council for Children's Rights in 1997. Nicholas has been a public speaker for a variety of seminars and meetings. Nicholas had a successful appeal which led to the Appellate published decision: STATE V. ANDERSON, 251 N.J. Super. 327, 598 A.2d 229 (Super. Ct., App. Div. 1991)
