      Biography

      "Christopher Spath was raised here in Polk County and began working at the age of 14 in his family owned a jewelry store in Bartow. After graduating from Bartow High School, he attended USF and achieved his Bachelor of Science with a double major from the USF College of Business. Three years later, he earned his Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree and began his legal career as a solo practitioner in the Tampa Bay area where he handled Wills, Trust, and Estates for high net-worth individuals.

      From there, Mr. Spath gained criminal law experience working as an Assistant State Attorney for the Tenth Judicial Circuit of Polk County. During his time as an Assistant State Attorney, Mr. Spath's excellence in the courtroom was recognized by all, and he was swiftly promoted to chief of his felony division. As Chief, he was entrusted to handle high profile media cases, including homicides, vehicular manslaughter, armed home invasion robberies, drug trafficking, and white collar crimes.

      Mr. Spath now continues his legal career by joining the Law Offices of Morgan and Morgan where his practice focuses primarily on litigating personal injury claims. Mr. Spath has received numerous accolades for his efforts in the courtroom and fundamentally believes in seeking justice for the people."
