Nicholas P. Fleming

A Houston native, Nicholas earned his B.A. in philosophy and the Gautralet Jesuit Scholarship from Spring Hill College in Mobile, Alabama, in 2014. He obtained his law degree from South Texas College of Law in Houston, his mother’s alma mater, in 2017. His cousin was in the same law class and now handles business and transactional law.

Nicholas clerked at the Harris County Attorney’s Office but soon joined Fleming Law, P.C., the firm his father established, to work with his father on civil litigation. Please see below for a complete list of his practice areas.

He became the firm’s managing attorney in 2020, after his father’s death. Like his parents, he likes to help people however he can.
