Biography
I practice criminal defense in both state and federal court throughout Texas state courts and in federal courts all over the United States. I handle all criminal cases from misdemeanors to serious and complicated felonies at both the trial court level and post conviction. We handle trial cases, appeals, writs and parole as well as personal injury matters. As a former prosecutor, I can offer valuable insight and an aggressive defense in criminal cases and real experience in front of juries in all trial cases.
