James "Jim" DuBach has been practicing law for over thirty years. He has extensive experience in civil litigation and federal law involving Personal Injury and Social Security Disability. His primary practice areas are personal injury, long term disability and social security disability. Formerly, Jim served as a deputy prosecutor for twelve years in Illinois and Indiana prosecuting major felonies.
He graduated from Loyola University Chicago School of Law in 1982. While there, he served as a member of the Loyola University Chicago Law Journal and was published for his work on U.S. Supreme Court cases dealing with the termination of parental rights. In addition to his Juris Doctor, Jim has a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Illinois, a Master's degree in Pastoral Ministry and a Bachelor of Science degree, both from Loyola University.
Jim is the parish coordinator at St. Vincent de Paul Distribution Center and he and his family are active in his church. He enjoys choir and religious studies in his free time.
