Noah Van Amburg graduated from the University of Arizona College of Law in 2000 where he was the Managing Editor of the Arizona Law Review. He spent a number of years representing insurance industry clients and their insureds at a law firm in Dallas, Texas before returning to Tucson, Arizona in order to prosecute criminal cases as an Assistant Pima County Attorney. Mr. Van Amburg established the Van Amburg Law Firm, P.L.L.C. in 2007. His practice is limited to the representation of injury victims for their claims against negligent parties and criminal assailants, and the prosecution of third-party bad faith claims assigned to injury victims in underlying litigation. Mr. Van Amburg serves as a member of the National Crime Victim’s Bar Association. Additionally, he is the Chair of the Board of Trustees for the St. Michael’s Parish Day School in Tucson and he is a member of the Board of Directors for the Arizona Trial Lawyers Association. His wife, Kimberly Van Amburg, is also a graduate of the University of Arizona College of Law and serves as the Chief Executive Officer of the Pasqua Yaqui Tribe’s Casino Del Sol Resort.
