      Biography

Noah Paul Fardo, Esq. is the managing partner of FLAHERTY FARDO, LLC. Noah Paul Fardo, Esq. is a Pennsylvania trial lawyer and the managing partner of Flaherty Fardo, LLC. He routinely handles a variety of civil litigation cases in both the state and federal courts. His practice primarily focuses on medical malpractice and personal injury law. However, he also has extensive business and real estate litigation experience. Born and raised in the North Hills area of Pittsburgh, Mr. Fardo graduated from Avonworth High School in 1991. He received his Bachelor of Arts (B.A), cum laude, from Allegheny College in 1995. He obtained his Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree at the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 1999. He is admitted to practice law in the Pennsylvania State Court, the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, the United States Third Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court. Mr. Fardo is a member of the Allegheny County Bar Association, the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, and the Multi-Million dollar Advocates Forum (an organization limited to civil trial attorneys who have obtained a verdict or settlement in excess of two million dollars). Mr. Fardo has successfully obtained numerous medical malpractice, personal injury and civil litigation verdicts and awards throughout western Pennsylvania, including in Allegheny County, Butler County, Westmoreland County, Washington County, Fayette County, Clearfield County and Elk County, Pennsylvania. He has also helped victims injured in malpractice or accident cases receive millions of dollars in compensation for their injuries through confidential settlements. He works hard to maintain the integrity of the law, and has consistently helped those who cannot afford a lawyer through free consultations and pro-bono work.
